Dear Coach:
The 2007 OHSFCA Membership drive is underway. Please take time to print out an application and return it as soon as possible. Feel free to duplicate this form for your assistants.
Currently the OHSFCA recognizes and awards assistant coaches for years of service, and head coaches for victories. We annually sponsor the Ohio AllStar Football Classic, The Reebok/OHSFCA winter clinic, scholarships for deserving Ohio students, the Art Teynor Award, symbolic of Ohio's outstanding player, and hold induction's into Our Hall of Fame.
In addition, the officers of the OHSFCA represent our coaches at OHSAA Board of Control meetings and at National Federation Rules meetings. Finally, the OHSFCA has been instrumental in bringing about changes such as our summer coaching days and the expanded playoffs format.
The OHSFCA has been a strong advocate for high school football in Ohio. Your membership is important.

Article III
Membership
I. There
shall be four classes of membership In this Association:
Active,
Honorary,
Allied and Retired.
2.
Active membership shall Include only coaches of
Elementary, Junior
and Senior
High Schools who are actively engaged in, or directly
associated
with coaching football In the State of Ohio.
3.
Honorary membership - All nominations for honorary
membership must
be
submitted in writing to the regional director, who will
in turn
submit
it to the chairman of the Membership Committee.
4.
Allied membership- College coaches and out-of-state
coaches, plus
friends of
football.
5.
Retired membership- Any member that was an active member
of the
association.
Article IV
I. The
annual membership shall be $15.00 per year for active
members.

2. Coaches whose
membership applications are postmarked after October
1st will not
be eligllble to coach In the ALL-STAR game or be eligible
to vote for
ALL-STAR team players and coaches.
