Coach Berry was the Head coach of Cory-Rawson HS from 1960 -1990.  His records their was 212 wins 79 loses and 6 ties.  Coach Berry's 1968 team was undefeated and unscored upon Class 'A' State Champions.  He coached 6 undefeated seasons and 10 conference championships.  In the late 60's Coach Berry's teams won 52 of 53 games.  He has been Ohio Coach of the Year, 3 time District Coach of the Year.  Coach Berry was also nominated for  National Coach of the Year.  He coached 31 First Team All-Ohio players and 5 High School All-Americans.  Coach Berry was the CO-Director for the Ohio - Pennsylvania Big 33 Football game for 6 years.  He served on the OHSFCA for 33 years.  Coach Berry has coached in Grange Insurance North South All Star Classic twice.  He served as President of the OHSFCA on 3 separate occasions.  Coach Berry is a member of the Ohio High School Football Coaches Hall of Fame, the Bluffton College Athletic Hall of Fame, and the Hancock County Sports Hall of Fame.
